Description
Nymphaea odorata ‘Minor’ is a charming dwarf hardy water lily that produces elegant white star-shaped flowers with golden yellow centres. The blooms sit neatly on the surface of the water and release a light fragrance, appearing from late spring through to early autumn.
This compact variety is ideal for small ponds, patio ponds, and container water features, where its smaller lily pads and controlled spread make it perfectly suited to limited spaces. The floating leaves help provide natural shade across the water surface, reducing sunlight penetration and helping to limit algae growth while also offering shelter for fish and aquatic wildlife.
Supplied in a 2 litre aquatic planting basket, this dwarf water lily establishes quickly and creates a beautiful focal point in smaller pond settings.
Water lilies play an important role in pond balance, adding colour and surface coverage while helping to maintain a healthier aquatic environment.
Planting depth: 20–40cm from the top of the basket to the water surface
