Delivery Terms & Conditions

• "Next Day" refers to the day after dispatch and excludes Sundays and Bank Holidays.

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to extend this period if necessary.

• Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will normally be dispatched on the next working day.

• Perfect Ponds & Landscapes Ltd trading as Perfect Ponds & Koi accepts no liability for delays in dispatch or delivery caused by our couriers or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• We cannot accept liability for delays caused by third-party contractors waiting for goods to be delivered.

• Deliveries should be checked upon receipt for any missing items or damage. Any shortages or damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence before arranging a replacement or refund.
